bake: Tweaks to the `sitemap` processor. Add tests.
* Now using a `PageIterator` to get the expected behaviour from a given page
source, such as skipping taxonomy pages and such.
* Fix formatting of priority.
* Use the bake time for `lastmod` attribute.
